Moloni integration

What you invoice in Moloni, next to what you spend.

The sales you issue in Moloni come into Tinz automatically, every day, and join the expenses you already keep there. Both halves of the accounts in one place, with nothing to export.

What changes

Invoicing and expenses on one dashboard.

Real profit, daily

What you invoiced minus what you spent, always up to date. No more waiting for month end to know where you stand.

No exports

No downloading reports from Moloni, no spreadsheets in between. You connect it once and it works on its own.

Read-only

Tinz reads your sales and nothing else. It issues no invoices, alters no documents and writes nothing to your Moloni account.

Food cost with both halves

With sales inside, each dish's cost is finally compared against what that dish actually sold.

How to connect

Three steps, once.

01

Check your plan

The connection uses Moloni's API, which exists from the Flex plan up. On the Base and mOn plans the API is not available.

02

Connect the account

You authorise Tinz to read your Moloni account. One setup, done a single time.

03

Forget about it

From then on sales come in by themselves, every day, with nobody having to remember.

What it costs

The integration costs nothing.

Tinz charges nothing for this connection and Moloni does not bill it separately either. What it does require is that your Moloni account is on the Flex plan or above, which is where the "API and E-commerce sites" feature lives. Your Tinz subscription stays the same.

On Moloni's Base and mOn plans the API does not exist, and without it there is no connection. Check your plan before going ahead.

Questions about the integration

No. Neither Tinz nor Moloni charges for the connection itself. What you need is your Moloni account on the Flex plan or above, because that is the one with API access. Your Tinz subscription does not change.
